The World Food Forum (WFF) flagship event 2025
The World Food Forum (WFF) flagship event is organized from 10–17 October 2025, hosted at FAO headquarters in Rome and online. Marking FAO’s 80th anniversary under the theme “Hand in Hand for Better Foods and a Better Future,” WFF convenes youth leaders, scientists, innovators, investors and policymakers to accelerate action toward the SDGs. Built around three pillars – Global Youth Action, the Science and Innovation Forum, and the Hand-in-Hand Investment Forum – the week features high-level dialogues, innovation labs, pitches, hackathons, matchmaking, exhibitions and cultural showcases. Highlights include World Food Day, the inauguration of FAO’s Food and Agriculture Museum and Network (MuNe), the First FAO Global Exhibition: From Seeds to Foods, and special sessions linked to the Rome Water Dialogue, Indigenous Peoples, South-South and Triangular Cooperation, and One Country One Priority Product.
